Printing custom page sizes

I have a document that is 7x7. When I go to print it, using the fit according to .pdf size, it tries to print at 8x6. I am using 7.0.9 as it works with some computers but not all. We are printing tickets to an OKIData ML395 across a network using an HP Jetdirect.

Hi choward,

Do all your printers use the same printer driver version? Does it work correctly when you printer locally?

Yes they are all using the same updated drivers. The odd thing is the 8x6 problem is occurring when I change default printers. Haven't tried printing locally, but that is not an easy possibility since the printer and the computers are in different locations.
