I have marked up drawings using Drawing Markups. My users cannot print them out without choosing "Drawing and Markups" in the Print dialog. Is there a way to make this automatic without the user choosing a special Print setting?

Acrobat Pro 10.1, Windows

I did what I consider a work around. As I had a requirement to make printing as simple as possible. This meant that the reader would only have to click Print and not have to make any other choices. I saved the PDF as a JPEG then created a PDF from that. Voila!
