When I print a document, the highlighted areas print red. I want them to print the color of the highlight, which is yellow. What am I doing wrong?

Hi Mary --

I can't duplicate the problem you are having. That is, when I use a yellow highlight, I get a yellow highlight print; ditto for any other color.

On the Print dialog, click Advanced at the bottom to open the Advanced Print Setup dialog. The default shows the Output screen for the dialog. Make sure the Acrobat Default is chosen in the upper left Settings field. Click OK to return to the Print dialog, and try again.

Your problem might be related to your printer settings. Do you have any other problems printing color?

There are some tech notes at Adobe's site that may help you. In the Print dialog, click Printing Tips at the lower left corner to open the site or click here:

You didn't specify the version of Acrobat you are using. At the TechNote page, scroll down to the bottom to find links to more pages for specific program versions.
