Printing info from Document Properties

Hi there,

Our company uses Adobe Acrobat for scanning and creating PDF files and as an elementary document management software.

Currently, we create PDF's and add info to the Document Properties under File > Document Properties > Description for search indexing.

I'd like to know if there is anyway to print these fields on the PDF document. And if not, is there a better way to do this which will still be searchable.

Thanks.

Kristen

Entering metadata into the Document Properties is the best method to make your PDF searchable. If you're looking to create a template for this process check out Offer search tools a helping hand by Donna Baker.
