Hi all, hope someone can help. My PC has recently been changed with the software to our Fiery EX 260 printer updated.

Here's the problem, whenever I send a pdf to the Fiery it does not fit the print within the printable area, i.e., it cuts off approximately 5mm around the edges. Acrobat properties are set to "Fit to printable area", have also tried "Shrink to printable area" but to no avail.

As the fiery software is the only change I can only assume the problem lies here although the seetings seem fine

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I just spent some time ont the phone with Adobe tech support to no avail. Acrobat Pro 8 does not have show any printer margins on the thumbnail in print dialogue for any printers. Acrobat Pro 9 shows a margin on thumbnails for all printers regardless of page size. I wondered if therre was a default setting that I was missing but the best they could suggest was shrink to printable area. I don't want to reduce the page and am able to print full size from version 8 without a problem. What changed in version 9?
