Printing PDF Packages

I am trying to print a PDF Package in Acrobat Pro 8.0 in a collate format. It does not collate the package if I check the box. I would like to start with the cover page and continue from there in order. When I try and collate now, it prints each PDF file as a seperate file and will not print each file as one whole package. When I go to retrieve the printouts from the printer, it will have 2 copies of the cover page, then 2 copies of the first page and so on. I tried the suggestion of altering the system registry to force host collation, but that did not work. Is it my print driver or a setting in Acrobat?

Essentially, PDF packages print as separate documents so you'll need to use the Combine feature instead for collation.
