A legal size pdf document prints out letter size after being emailed to someone via outlook 2003 (attachment). They tell us the pdf must be 'locked down' for them to print it in legal. What are they talking about? thanks.

The end user needs to visit the Page Setup dialog box and choose the page size, then print the document. there's no such thing as "Lock Down" the page size.
