Printing from a Server (Enterprise)

We currently have a service running on a server that converts RTFs to PRNs and sends them to any printer in the company. We are using Word Interopt installed on the server to do the conversion. This is not advisable or supported on a server by Microsoft. So when we need to print a PDF, it must be converted to a RTF and then converted into a PRN file.

Adobe Distiller Server 8 can go from PRN to PDF, but not the reverse. Anyone else have a suggestion?

Acrobat and/or Reader print PDFs that can be saved to a PRN file (Print to File) but these products are designed and licensed as desktop products not server.
