printing a specific label position only

I have Adobe Acrobat 9.4 Pro. I have a template with 4 form fillable labels stacked on an 8.5 x 11 sheet. I need to print only 1 of the 4 labels at any time as 1 or 2 or 3 or 4. (How) can I do this?

The simple way to accomplish this, if you are the author of the PDF, is to set your field Properties (in General) to "Visible, but doesn't print". The more complex, but more functional way to do this would be with JavaScript.
