Printing Text Box on document

I've edited my text with text boxes, but when I print, it doesn't print the text box, just what was under the text box. Is there any way to print my text box on top of what I placed it on in the document?

In the Acrobat Print dialog do you have "Document and Markups" selected from under the Comments and Forms: pulldown?
