Printing Text Fields

We currently create text boxes to index fields on PDF documents (they are not fillable). We all use Adobe Professional 7.0. I am able to print these text boxes but none of my coworkers are. I'm thinking this may be a setting that I have clicked (or unclicked) but we cannot figure out what will enable us all the ability to print the boxes. Any ideas?

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 7.0, Windows

In the print Dialog box, be sure they are set up identically as you are. For example, in my print dialog box there are options under comments and forms that would change 'what' adobe acrobat will print.

Under Edit > Preferences, I did not see anything that could be enabled or disabled, nor was there anything obvious in the File > Print > Advanced dialog boxes.Hope this helps !
