Printing what I see...

So the problem is, I was able to change slides from a blue background and white-coloured text to white background and black-coloured text, but when I print, it is still a blue background and white font.

I went to Edit>Preferences>Accessibilities and change Custom Colour to white for BG colour and black for font colour.

So how do I print it so its white background and black text?

I went to check the layers. There is only 1 layer, when I make that layer invisible, I print out nothing [a blank page], is it because the text is part of the background? Then in that case, is it impossible to change the settings to what I want originally?

The Preference that you changed under Accessibility will only change the screen display of your document. If you want to change the actual content of the PDF then you'll need to use the Touch Up tool, which is available in Acrobat Pro.
