Using a Mac when I print a color document it prints in red and black? Help please

This sounds more like a problem with the Printer or the original document prior to PDF conversion. Arfe you sure this only occurs in Acrobat? Have you run some tests on other color documents you printed from Acrobat. Have you tried a color photo converted to PDF and printed from Acrobat?

Try all of the above and if you still get the same problem, get back to us with some more information.
