Problem when printing to PCL Printer

Hi, When I print documents to my desktop HP printer, or the network Canon printer from my pc everything prints fine, but when documents are sent to the PCL printer queue, the same documents come out with what look like dashed lines across many of the table cells and sometimes other areas of the document also. Playing around, I noticed that when I use the select object tool and click on those areas, empty object frames appear (hope this is making sense). When I delete the frame the document then prints OK (most of the time, sometimes I can't get an empy frame to appear). Any idea what this might be, and if there's a way to check for these empty frames without clicking all over the document? Thanks very much.

Sounds like a problem with the printer driver.
I mostly recognized those errors when using a PCL 6/PCL XL driver.
If available, you should try a PS driver for your printer model.
Otherwise you can do a little workaround with the "Print as image" option from the advanced menu of the printing dialog.
