Problems printing PDF documents to a network drive.

My company has a problem where NO ONE can print a PDF file, and choose a network location as the place to save the "printout". If we choose any folder on the "C" drive, and save to that location, it works fine. But if we try to save to a network location, we get the "Error Printing" message. This happens for both Acrobat 9 and X. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I need some more details. Have you mapped a network drive? What server OS (and version number) are you running?

Hey Kelly...thanks for the response. We use Windows Server 2008 R2. And I have a few mapped network drives, and it does the same for all of them. Actually for everyone in the company.

Are you using the Adobe PDF Printer? Have you tried changing the port on the printer to File?

Also, have you tried printing to a network drive with another printer (creating a .ps or .prn file) to see if it is a network issue or a PDF Printer issue?
