We have recently upgraded within the office from Adobe Reader 7 to Adobe reader 8.1. We have a corporate web based reporting tool that creates reports to the Adobe reader to print out. The report printed fine when using adobe 7. The report has a corporate logo in the top left hand side. When printing in Reader 8.1 in Black and white on a postscript printer, the logo appears fine, when printing to a colour postscript printer the logo is coloured out. How do you fix this issue. Happy to forward a copy of the report if needed. We are running XP SP2 as the OS and IE6 as a standard, and using Konica and HP printers.
It might be worth seeing if the colour printers have an updated driver on the respective web sites?
Acrobat 8 does have a slightly different printing architecture and the driver updates might help?

I've been using Acrobat since v1.0 and still get amazed by its power. An Acrobat ACE since 1999
