Reader X: always printing multiple pages per sheet

Hi everyone,

Reader X is driving me nuts. Whatever I do, it always print my documents, even a single page form, as if two pages per sheet option was chosen. I checked and checked and checked again the printer driver settings and I'm 100% sure 'multiple pages per sheet' is not activated.

In case it helps, I use a Xerox Phaser 4510N printer. I don't have this problem with other applications (word, excel and others). Currently the only workaround I could find is: print to XPS file from Reader and then print XPS file... Works but quite painful.

Any idea on how I could fix this issue ?

Best regards,
Jean-François

I am having the same issue with one of my users when trying to print to a Xerox 7232 Workcentre. When printing to other printers, the jobs come out just fine. Maybe something to do with Xerox?

I am having the same problem with our Xerox 5500 but only from Acrobat (Pro and Reader) and Illustrator. All my other apps do not exhibit this problem. I tried to uninstall and re-install the printer but that did not work.

jagarnero,

I could fix the issue by completely uninstalling the printer driver and reinstalling.
If it doesn't work for you, then I guess you should contact Xerox for assistance.
