reduce to fit paper size?

Hi I have a Print Button on my pdf that uses the script below to print an order form. However, because the pdf page size is larger than A4 its coming out larger and cropped. Is there anything I can add to the script below or an alternative work around that will get the pages to shrink to fit on the paper.

I need to design a form that will print in 8" x 11" with placed images. I also need to be able to print the same form on a business-card and access it on a mobile phone. I designed it for the small size to get the type to fit and be legible. Now I want to design it for the larger size, replace the images so they will be higher res, then reduce the final form to print on a 2 X 3.5" card. Is this feasible? Once I get the template I will have hundreds to do. I don't want to have to do each one twice if I can help it.
