Is it possible to take a tabloid sized PDF (17x11) and reprint it to PDF specifying exactly 102.4% size increase AND output to an A3 size PDF? The only place I can seem to find a percentage box is in the PDF print driver under ADVANCED > GRAPHIC > SCALING. Unfortunately, that box only allows whole numbers - no decimals.

if its an image, you can resize it in photoshop

Yeah, that's actually what I ended up doing. The unfortunate part is that it requires some manual math and a lot of extra steps. It does work, but it's so...slow! At least there's a method in a pinch.
