I use my accounting system to print check runs to a PDF file. I would like to be able to re-sort or re-number this PDF file in a different order. For example, by default my checks are printed by check number and I would like to re-sort the file to print by contract number.
Is it possible to do this with Acrobat Pro? Will I need add-on software or a plug-in?

No, you can't do that in Acrobat pro. You'd have to look for a plugin. Sorry.
