I have edited a PDF that was put together for print and have change it to a editable template, I can enter the text and save it, but when I go to print all I get is the template as if the text is not there?
Any help would be much appriacated!
Regards
Darren
What Acrobat tool(s) were used to make the "template"?
Often, some form of an "annotation" is used (e.g., a text annotation that permits data entry).
When printing to a local/network printer look at the Print dialog.
In the upper right, just under the "Properties" button there is "Comments and Forms"
An associated drop-down menu is present.
The choices are:
--| Document (the default)
--| Document and Markups (<<--- the selection you may want)
--| Document and Stamps
--| Form fields only
Selecting "Document and Markups" would provide both PDF page content and Annotation (markups are "annotations") content.
