Skining a Adobe Form

I work in a environment where we develop a lot of forms for various requirements. User experience has been and will continue to be a top priority. My question is "is there a possibility to have some sort of CSS functionality?". The reason is we would like to have various CSS based skins and use them as when required. I hope there could be a work-a-round for the same.

When you are editing the form, you can use whatever "skin" you wish. Once created, it's "locked into" the skin - which is what you would expect from a fixed format like PDF.
