Hi!
I have got Adobe Standard 7.0.9 running on Win XP SP2 with all the relevant updates. When I open up a PDF document go to File-Print it takes a while for the printer menu to come up and than to select the correct printer it takes quite some time. I have removed the preferences folder, did a repair on the install but that hasn't helped.
The only way to get it working (which i have tried but it reverts back after few days)is to recreate the whole user profile and because the PC has got PGP software and SAGE it requires lot of time to do this. I am sure there is a better way to resolve this. Any help or advice will be greatly appreciated.
