Is there a way to have a comment or a stamp show up only when the PDF is printed or to have a stamp show up on every page without having to manually put it there? Thanks!

You could add your stamp as a button field and as a field, you can choose view/print options in the General tab of the Button Properties. Furhtermore, you can add a button to page and dulpicate the button across all pages using a the Duplicate command from a context menu opened on the field.
