Sticky notes / Comments do NOT print

Created a PDF with a sticky note. While the note is visible using using Adobe Reader, it will not print regardless of any setting in the print dialog. I've tried all suggestions and believe it SHOULD print out.. but it does not. I've posted the PDF.. http://home.fuse.net/mikebrungs/output.pdf

Hopefully someone can help.

Since you have a "note" annotation and not a text box, I do not think the contents of the note will print out directly like a "text box" annotation would. You would need to create one of the "summarize" report wich is not available to Reader. You might be able to put together a menu item or toolbar button to create a report of the comments, but this will require some programing in JavaScript and an understanding on how Acrobat/Reader initializes folder level JavaScripts.

Hi Mike,
fwiw, just printed your PDF twice.
Print job 1:
pop-up note minimized
Success - PDF content AND sticky note "symbol" prints out.

Print job 2:
pop-up note open
Success - PDF content, sticky note "symbol" and pop-up note (with content) prints.

Have you tried this?
Edit > Preferences > Commenting
Select (check) Print notes and pop-ups. Click OK.

Whilst the stcky note and contents print, the date and time in yellow label bar of sticky note does not. How do I get this date and time to included also.

The link to http://home.fuse.net/mikebrungs/output.pdf 'not longer exists'. Anybody got a link for the download?
