Text that Doesn't show up when printing

I'm trying to create forms where I can place instructions at the top and bottom of the page (for instance, fax to this number, or print this out and sign it), and I want the directions to NOT show up when I print. Am I just having a major brain malfunction and it's something simple that I can't think of right now?
Any help would be appreciated!

You would have to add fields to hold that text and one of the properties for the field would to be non-printable. Or add a non-printable header, footer, or watermark.
