Trouble printing PDFs to Xerox machine

Anyone had trouble printing the new version to their printer? It acts like it is trying to process, then it just freezes up. I've tried it downloaded, through a website, etc.

What make/model Xerox machine are you send the file to? What front-end on the Xerox? DocuSP? Creo? EFI? What version? What PDF version & creator?
