Unable to print

Impossible to print a 4 pages PDF created with InDesign CS4 Mac:

3 errors (translate from French):

First error box: "Unable to print the document"
Second error box: "No selected page to print"
Third error box: "A display error has occured"

I suspect a font trouble, but not sure (file is PDF/X-1a:2001, so all fonts are embedded) .

I'd like to hear your views about this problem.
