We are unable to print certain PDF files from Acrobat 7.0 to a Xerox 8830. We can print the files from Acrobat 5.05 & 6.0. When trying to print from 7.0 the print dialog boxes all function & the Win spooler shows the print job but it never shows up on the printer. The printer works fine from same PC for other file types.

Acrobat Standard 7.0.9, Windows

Try this.

In MS Windows, open the Control Panel and check the printer properties for the Adobe printer and make adjustments as necessary.

If this does not work, re-post this question for another expert to answer.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I am not using the Adobe printer, I am printing to a Xerox Printer from inside of Adobe V7. Does the Adobe printer options inside the Windows printers somehow effect how Adobe would send a print to another printer?
