unwanted border around page

We are creating a pdf report, 11x17 portrait, with SQL Reporting services, and on my computer it prints just fine.

But on the user computers (xp), the page prints, but there is a border around the page. I've been unable to find any ideas of what might cause this problem.

Any ideas??

I assume they have "printable area" page scaling turned on in their print dialog box.

yes, got "Printable area" turned on. I really think its a problem with the Sql Reporting Services. We recently upgraded to SQL 2005 service pack 3, and had to apply some further patches to solve the problem with some of the characters dropped off the page.

The border was one of the symptoms, but it went away after the patching, but is back now.
