Is there any way to use preflight to change the color of white text to any other color?

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 9.1, Windows

Short answer is no. Long answer is yes, but not with Acrobat Pro itself. You would have to use a tool like PitStop Pro or callas pdfToolbox to select the correct objects and then change the colors.
