Using the Print Button doesn't work

Hi,

I have a Brother DCP 7020 and ever since I hooked the printer up, the Printer button on the toolbar gives an error saying, "The document cannot be printed." The same thing happens when I right-clicked the file and select Print in an explorer window. The only way I can print is selecting Print in the File drop down menu. This has happened on 3 different computers that have a Brother DCP 7020 hooked up to it. Anyone have a clue? Thanks!!

Acrobat Pro 8.0, Windows

What point version of Acrobat 8 and OS are you using?

I have a similar problem with one of our users here. He is using Acrobat Pro 8 on Mac Tiger and we recently installed an HP Officejet Pro K8600.
The problem is that the print button does not seem to work. When he goes to print something, all the other buttons in the print dialogue box work as they should, except for "Print". Clicking on this button does mothing... it does not depress it, nor does simply hitting the enter key (since it is highlighted as the active button). There's no error messages or anything... it's like the button just does not work.
When I switch to a different printer from within Acrobat, no problem... Print button works.
I tried reinstalling the printer in a number of different ways (using Bonjour, using HP IP printing, setting up a shared printer on a different machine, etc), but no joy.
Other apps and even other Adobe apps print fine, no problem. However, I tried downloading the latest Reader version (9), and same issue, Print button does not work.
Any ideas?
