I created a PDF with an embedded video using Acrobat X. Using Acrobat Reader the PDf and video works great. But when using Acrobat Reader 7 on the PDF displays but the video does not play? Is there a compatibility issue? How do I make this PDF work with video in Acrobat 7?

Rich Media annotations (Flash, video, sound and 3D) are only supported by Acrobat and Adobe Reader 9 and above.

In Acrobat X the ability to create "legacy" multimedia objects has been removed.
