Adding movie to Acrobat 7 Std, Macintosh, registered

I converted an Apple Keynote presentation to PDF, but an embedded movie and sound file were left behind. That's 'water under the dam'.

I now need to bring them into the PDF When I last tried (speaking here from a weak memory) there was a long pull-down menu under Tools > Advanced Editing (?) where the lower options, including Add a Movie, were 'grayed out'

I can no longer find that grayed menu anywhere in the menu bar or tools, nor figure out how to make the blocked options effective if I could find it.

Please point me in the right direction, or at least ask me questions so that my query can become more intelligible? Thank you.

Let me try another approach.

Has anyone reading this been able to add a movie to a specific page of a PDF using Acrobat 7 Standard on a Macintosh?

If so, did you find any useful documentation to ease the process?

Even a negative answer would be helpful at this point. Thank you.
