How can I maintain the dimensions of the originally recorded flash movie when I add the movie to Acrobat?

It'll maintain the aspect ratio provided you have the "snap to content proportions" box ticked in the import window, but there's no concept of matching the width and height, as a PDF document isn't measured in pixels. It'll be as big as the box you drag during the import process.
