Flash player does not work

Flash player has been installed sucessfully, but the flash still cannot be
opened. It has been fully uninstall and install again, same problem. The demo
animations (i.e. http://www.atomfilms.com/film/cirque_du_machinima.jspchannelKeyword=all_genre_animation)
cannot be opened. Same case happens on other web site like www.flirl.com.
When right click the flash area, "movie not loaded" cannot be selected while
"About Adobe Flash Player 9 ..." is shown.

Any idea why it happens and any suggestion? Thank.

Flash player version: 9.0.45.0
OS: Windows 2000
Browser: Microsoft IE, Netscape
