I used Adobe Presenter to convert a ppt file with video clips inside. But those clips do not play and show a still image only. Is there manual import the video clips again in Presenter?

In the latest version of Presenter (7) you can import a number of types of video (ends up converting it to flash on its own). This will allow you to add the video to a specific slide. However, this is not the same as adding it with PowerPoint, which doesn't work. Under the presenter menu, there is an option for importing video.
