Quicktime sound issues

I've embeded a quicktime movie into my pdf using acrobat 9 pro. the movie plays, however I am not getting any audio at all. Does anyone know of any issues and or fixes for this? I have quicktime Version 7.6 (472) and i've exported all my videos using h.264. any help would be much appreciated.

Check the audio settings in the Quicktime Export. Make sure you are exporting AAC audio. There are many "flavors" of H.264, Acrobat requires H.264 with AAC audio. It is not necessarily the default setting from Quicktime.
