We have a Powerpoint presentation that is accompanied by a voice recording that goes along in sync with with the slides. If we create a security protected PDF we don't seem to be able to have the audio along with it. Can we do this?
Do you have the audio embedded into the presentation? If not, your content isn't secured with the file's contents.
In Powerpoint you can either embed or link files. The default is to link any file larger than 100kb in size. To change the default:
1. Choose Tools > Options > General.2. Increase the Link sounds with file size greater than ___ Kb setting. Use a size larger than your largest file, up to 50MB.
3. Click OK.
Reproduce the PDF file and test it. When you secure it, it should run the audio.
