Strange behavior of movies when pause is pressed, also when movie ends

So using A9 pro, I have a pdf in which I placed a video, for some reason if I press pause on the vid, it makes a buzzing noize, and the same thing happens when the video ends... Any ideas?

The movies a .mov files.

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 9.1.1, Macintosh

Hmmn, no idea. I have used hundreds of files with Acrobat 9 and have not seen anything like that. Where was the file created? Can you re-export the file from Quicktime and try it in Acrobat again?

All of these quicktime movies do it. I don't know how the original movie was created, they are files passed to me by a client. However I can reproduce this effect every time I press pause or stop. I will use snaps and record my problem.

That is really bad. We have not seen that behavior but would like to get a file to test with. Do you have one that is not confidential you could send me at jcorey [at] adobe [dot] com and I will look into it further?
