I'm building a database of government forms (IRS demand letters, lien filings, IRS responses to requests, etc.) to use for teaching seminars and for clients (I'm a tax lawyer) - so I'll use it in PowerPoint and paper handouts.
I want to blur out the specific information on the form that references specific individuals for presentation use. I know Acrobat can redact this information, but I just don't like its solid black (or whatever color) redaction and think for presentations, blurring this information (like you see on TV documentaries) looks better.
So, I'm thinking I need an Adobe plug-in or some program that will just allow simple edits of multi-page Acrobat files to blur this information. Photoshop would be perfect, but for the fact it won't handle multi-page documents. I've tried editing page-by-page in Photoshop, then reassembling in Acrobat, but that process just seems inefficient.
Any recommendations for blurring parts of an Acrobat file or other thoughts? Thank you.
