I can't access to a encrypted document whith my digital certificate. The following error appears after introducing my NIP:
"You do not have access rights to this encrypted document".
I have literally done the user's manual.

Apparently something has changed with your certificate. Are you certain that the public certificate is the exact same one used to encrypt the document? If you create a certificate and later change it, all documents encrypted with the earlier certificate can't be read by using the new certificate.
Also, are you certain that you don't have two certificates existing on your hard drive? You may be using the wrong certificate.
