Hi,

Trying to create a locked down PDF with password security enabled but trying to prevent user from printing, Save As, emailing etc. Anyway to do this when creating PDF either through a menu option or some embedded javascript so if takes affect when user at whatever location views it in Acrobat Reader ?

No - the whole concept of what you want to do is impossible.

Much of this can be accomplished, actually, with Adobe LiveCycle Rights Management, which gives you control over printing, access, copy/paste, watermarks, etc.

Otherwise, you would need to develop a custom plug-in.
