Digital Signature

I am attempting to place a signature on a PDF contract. I am using Acrobat Professional 7 and have created a signature by going to Advanced - then Security Settings. This gives my name, company and a date stamp. What I want to do is make it more visual by adding my Signature. I found a way to create it by going to Edit - Preferences - Security and setting up a signature this way. It allows you to insert an image. The problem is placing this in the document. I can't find any way to locate it or any other area to create a signature with image capability. Any advice.

After you've configured your digital signature to include an image, when you apply a digital signature to the PDF, select the Show Options button in the Apply Signature to Document menu. This will open up additional options for your Signature Appearance. From the Signature Appearance pull-down, you should be able to select the new digital signature that you created.
