Digital signatures issue

Hello,

We are using acrobat 8 and some people can see the signatures and some are not for the same document. I tried to find out the root but unable to do.

We confirmed with the user that the user is signed the document

Can someone tell me why the signature is not showing to all?

If you open the Signature Navigation Panel, do you see anything? Are these signatures fixed (using the signature form field) or added using the Signature tool?
