Is it possible to disable the save-as function ie view only access? Thanks!

Hi mteo,

If you are asking if it is possible to prevent people from saving your PDF the answer is No. One thing you can do is present your PDF with no toolbars or menu items visible by going to File -> Document Properties, and under the Inital View tab checking the "Hide Menu Bar and/or Hide tool bars" options. The short cut for each is F8 or F9, respectively. Beware the user can change this back if they know about these commands, so this is not a way to prevent anyone from saving the document.Hope that helps,
