Impossible. It's a file, and to view it the user has to download a copy. Nothing you do with file security can change that - PDFs do not "stream" like video.

Hi UVSAR
thank you for replay :)
but what can I do :(
I need solution :(

I used this way

Quote:
From the menu bar-> Edit Preferences, select Documents, go to the Save Settings section and un-check Save As optimizes for Fast Web View.
but there is no change :(

I try another solution

Quote:
One thing you can do is present your PDF with no toolbars or menu items visible by going to File -> Document Properties, and under the Inital View tab checking the "Hide Menu Bar and/or Hide tool bars" options. The short cut for each is F8 or F9, respectively. Beware the user can change this back if they know about these commands, so this is not a way to prevent anyone from saving the document.
this solution only hidden the toolbar not the menu bar
when I click F9 it hidden menubar, but when I close the file and open it again the menu bar was appear :(

Any other solution :(

There is no solution - documents which are not streamed absolutely cannot ever be secured to stop users saving copies, as the act of viewing them requires a copy to be downloaded. That is how the Web works.
