Disabling "Security Warning" in Reader when user clicks on embedded UR

i'm producing a digital magazine with embedded hyperlinks to websites - so the user can click on something in the PDF and launch the browser and view outside-the-PDF content (additional content, ads links, etc.).

as you know, when it mouses over, it provides a yellow "title" box showing the offsite URL (i would prefer it say something of my own choosing, like "click here to visit this site").

worse, Reader 8 triggers a dialog box that says "Security Warning: This document is trying to connect to www.whatever.com - if you trust the site, choose Allow. If you do not trust the site, choose Block."

terrible! i realize this is in here for a reason, but in my case, it's a deal killer and i need it disabled.

how can this be done? I have seen it done in one digital magazine (www.windingroad.com) but the rest of the digital mags i've seen suffer from the same link crippling.

is such a thing related to security certificates? someone in the mac forum suggested it is probably a script that is added to the embed Link process (beyond the basic "open a Web Link" action) - probably "Run a JavaScript".

any ideas?
