Editing text in a security allied pdf file

Hi All,

I need to edit some text usng a text touch up tool. The document is write protected. Is there any chance of editing the text.Please help.Thanks in advance

If the security is because a password was applied, you have to use the password to unprotect the PDF.

If the PDF appears secured because it is a form created by LiveCycle Desinger, you have to use LiveCycle Designer to change the text.

If the PDF is a scanned image, you will have to use imaging editing software to modify the image.

It is always easier to edit the original source docuemnt.

It is a form designed using adobe designer. It is not password protected. But it is secured. I need to edit some text and add a new textbox into it.Please help
