Encrypt a document

Hello,
 
I have problems when I want to access to a encrypted document with a digital certificate.
 
I encrypt the document without problems (Advanced, Security, Certificate Encrypt...)
 
When I access to the document, I introduce my NIP and the following error appears:
"You do not have access rights to this encrypted document".
 
The certificate is valid. I have tried with diferent certificates and documents.

This may be a problem for Adobe Technical Support. Your question has been up for some time and apparently no experts have the answer. Try to call the tech support hotline and see if they can be of help.
